Car shows in Southern California are plentiful. Whether it’s classics, imports, or trucks, they separate their various tuning interests into different shows. Combining all of them into a single celebration of automotive excellence is Nitto Tire’s Auto Enthusiast Day.

For it’s third year the show returned to Anaheim, California at the Angels baseball stadium. With free public entrance, anyone interested in attending can observe the diverse culture this show brings.

Courtney Wingfield’s Yas Marina Blue E46 M3 looked more suited for the track than parked outside the Bride seats booth.

Current editor for Nitto’s Driving Line magazine, Jonathan Wong, brought his JDM-Front EF Civic with stylish period correct modifications all over.

The classic SSR EX-C Super Fin wheels top off the stunning exterior.

Jeren, from DSport magazine, brought out his 700hp project Zenki S14 without a hood to show off the extensive motor and engine bay work.

At the Mackin Industries booth, the Evasive Motorsports S2000 on Volk Racing ZE40 wheels combines all of the elements of a time attack car with an impeccable style usually reserved for a show car.

This E46 M3 GT-R clone displayed that even a bespoke racecar is attainable with some creative modifications.

Aside from the drift exhibition, the Formula Drift booth also housed a couple PRO2 cars including Ryan Litteral’s RB25 swapped S14 on Weds Kranze wheels.

Dan Burkett’s 3.4L Stroked 2JZ Toyota Supra was also brought out for fans to view in a still setting.

The Dreamer77 S13 clad in wide Rocket Bunny aero pieces took center stage with its spotless white paint and Avant Garde F121 wheels.

This bright red R35 GT-R with a full BenSopra kit at the GReddy booth was an example that Advan GT wheels complete any track inspired exterior.

GReddy also displayed professional Formula Drift driver Ken Gushi’s two contrasting modes of transportation. This is his 840hp 2JZ swapped Scion Racing competition FR-S.

Ken drives this limited edition 10-series FR-S on the street with its combination of Voltex and TRD aero.

Autofashion’s blue-chrome wrapped Acura is one of two Rocket Bunny equipped NSXs in the world. The other NSX in Japan belongs to Mr. Rocket Bunny himself, Kei Miura.

Also in the Mackin booth, our photographer John Zhang’s blue wrapped F30 on white Volk Racing TE37 wheels is an example of subtle yet aggressive styling.

Inside Nitto’s own display, Formula Drift PRO2 driver Alex Heilbrunn’s Whipple-supercharged LSX swapped E46 attracted a crowd.

The Item-B FC RX-7 made its impact online earlier this year, and represented the Hoonigan brand at the show.

The exterior treatment given to this car traces inspiration from Japanese drift cars combined with current American tuning style.

Large aero enhancements complete the track ready exterior of this Lexus IS350 F-sport on Volk Racing TE37RT.

These R35 GT-Rs show how vast the range of modification is for this chassis. Everything from gold plated Volk Racing TE37 wheels, to a full Varis widebody kit.

The J’s Racing GT widebody kit is a unique modification for any Honda S2000, but this execution was sealed with a vinyl livery in their iconic teal.

The widened fenders house a very wide set of Advan GT wheels and Project Mu (µ) big brake kit.

This white STI kept the exterior subtle by keeping the factory color combination with gold Advan TCIII wheels.

The contrasting engine bay popped with vivid purple found on numerous pieces of piping and brackets.

Evidence of the popularity in the Volk Racing TE37 wheel, even this Datsun Roadster has the TE37V variant bolted to its hubs.

Flexing its suspension updates, this lifted JK chassis Jeep Wrangler looks fit to handle any terrain.

Mounted on one another, the collection of Jeeps from Currie Enterprises showed off their ability to tackle steep inclines.

PCH Rods had their distinct “C-10 R” pickup truck in attendance.

The open hood revealed the 5.7L aluminum LS engine complete with Holly EFI setup.

Finishing out our coverage of the show is a classic Cadillac Eldorado lowrider with a set of Dayton wheels.
