During the weekend of Formula Drift in Texas, the paddock at Texas Motor Speedway doubled as the grounds for the Offset Kings car show presented by Fatlace. The show provided its own relaxing atmosphere despite the action from the drift event in the background. This stop of the touring car show displayed some of the best builds from the Lonestar State.
Carbon was the build material of choice on this S2000. Every single piece of the exterior wore the fiber except the door handles and quarter panel.
The Voltex swan-neck rear wing was accompanied by aggressive splitters/diffusers at each end of the car.
An OEM hood bra and a set of Avant Garde M230 wheels gave this BB6 Prelude a clean exterior look.
Air suspension and VIP Modular VX910 wheels on this Cadillac showed the untapped potential of the ATS platform.
A full C-West aero kit widened the body of this imported RHD S15 Silvia.
The Avant Garde F410 wheels are unique, with the face of the wheel protruding outward from the hub.
This battleship grey painted 350Z had an aggressive widebody aero kit and Volk Racing TE37 wheels, but the Chevy LS power plant made this Z33 stand out.
Two NB Miatas with Bomex bumper setups were parked next to each other. This caged example had wide Barramundi Design wheels with gold hardware.
The other NB had an OEM hardtop and Work Schwertz SC2 wheels.
It’s always interesting to see the Nissan Cube modified. This one lowered over a wide set of BBS RS wheels refinished in dark bronze to match the plush brown leather interior.
Gram Lights wheels wrapped in meaty tires, a carbon duct, and Kraft Werks supercharger kit made this 8th Generation Civic look ready for the sweeping infield turns of the track.
Equipped with a complete Black Pearl aero kit, Bragga taillights and Concept One CSL-5.5 wheels, this Lexus GS300 was one of the most extensively modified cars in the show.
Under the hood is a 2JZ engine normally found in this model’s Japanese counterpart, the Toyota Aristo.
MVP Motorsports’ MKIV Supra with a Ridox aero kit and Niche wheels featured a huge single turbo setup in the engine bay.
NC Miatas have such sporty lines from the factory the “wheels and a drop” treatment works well to complete their exterior.
An Auto Select front lip, Nismo 400R sideskirts, and Enkei PF01 wheels are among the plethora of exterior modifications that put this R33 Skyline into a class of its own.
The factory twin turbo RB26DETT engine has been upgraded with numerous GReddy parts and covered in carbon.
The interior featured two Sparco R333 reclining bucket seats and complimentary Sparco harnesses.
Although mostly stock on the exterior, this subtle S2000 had wide Advan Racing RG wheels, and a Back Yard Special front lip and rear spoiler.
The red paint of this NSX looked vibrant under the Texas sun. The white Work Emotion CR Kai wheels and carbon rear diffuser were well thought out additions to the car’s exterior.
The red accents on the Vertex steering wheel and the red Bride seats brought the exterior color to the car’s interior.
From Team Square One, this Lexus CT200h Hybrid had Luxury Abstract wheels with a custom Airrex air suspension setup mounted in the trunk.
