If you’re familiar with the Pit+Paddock name, you know that we’ve taken the Cars+Coffee template and ran with it! We’ve shaped many of our national activations around the fact that espresso drinks and modified vehicles belong together. In response to the overwhelmingly positive reaction that our Cars+Coffee Lounge received last year, with the help of AnzoUSA, we brought it back for SEMA 2022. Caffeine and one-of-a-kind vehicles are the perfect way to start a day filled with navigating the stuffed Las Vegas Convention Center halls.

WELCOME BACK
We renewed our same booth space outside the famous SEMA Show’s Central Hall. A primary avenue for entrance to the convention center, we like to think we give everyone a taste of what they should expect once inside the confines of the enormous trade show. With the success of our Cars+Coffee Lounge last year, we brought it back and offered the opportunity for guests to enjoy complimentary espresso beverages while meeting with our staff, featured influencers, and poring over the details of our display vehicles. It’s everything the automotive industry has come to expect from cars and coffee events, but at the SEMA Show.
THE DISPLAY
We tried to hold true to our same formula. We utilized the same truss and signage as last year, but the vehicles on location were an entirely new breed. Our stars of the show were ready to impress each day front and center. While some cars were more attention-grabbing than others last year, we saw equal love spread throughout the booth this year. We’ll get into more detail about each vehicle in later articles, but to clear up any questions, for now, we were fortunate to have a unique pairing of old/new Acura Integras, an eye-catching, curvaceous McLaren P1 with BBS LM wheels, a fascinating one-off, homegrown Toyota 4Runner build, and the awe-inspiring Built By Legends Mine’s R32 GT-R.
BACKPACKS
If you were one of our loyal attendees each day, we had a limited giveaway item that recipients graciously accepted: a Poler backpack with both AnzoUSA and Pit+Paddock logos emblazoned on its outer shell. These packs were a welcomed addition to our guest’s daily carry as — for anyone who has ever attended SEMA before — you accumulate quite a lot of stuff each day without trying. Equipped with a laptop pocket and side cubbies for two water bottles (or sandwiches), these were a lifesaver, and we’re so glad AnzoUSA partnered with us to offer them.
We want to thank AnzoUSA for its partnership at our Cars+Coffee Lounge during the 2022 SEMA Show. To be expected when serving up hot, complimentary caffeine fixes to hundreds of showgoers, it was a hit, and we appreciate having them onboard for this activation!
